I AM RESTORED

I grew up in a nondenominational church as a pastor’s kid, surrounded by faith, scripture, and church culture from an early age. Yet for much of my life,

my understanding of Christ remained surface-level.

Shaped largely by familiar Pentecostal beliefs and practices rather than deep personal revelation. I knew many of the commonly quoted scriptures but struggled to grasp their true meaning or how to apply them to my everyday life.

Reading and studying the Bible often felt difficult and disconnected from my real-world struggles.

Through my journey with Restore, my perspective on Scripture and my relationship with Christ began to change. The teachings challenged me to go beyond religious familiarity and into understanding

who Christ truly is

and who I am in Him.

Each study deepened my hunger for God’s Word and expanded my ability to think, live, and respond through a Christ-centered lens rather than tradition or routine.

As I surrendered more to the will of God, I discovered a freedom in worship that exists outside the traditional religious box. I no longer feel guilt tied to appearances or expectations, because I understand that

My relationship with Christ is not confined to a building,

a service time, or religious performance.

It is lived daily through thought, conversation, obedience, and rest.

My faith does not begin or end within four church walls,

but flows through every part of my life.

I am excited to continue growing through the study of God’s Word, gaining deeper understanding, spiritual clarity, and a stronger identity rooted in what God says about me.

This journey has transformed how I see Scripture, worship, and my walk with Christ,

and I look forward to where that growth will lead.
